3. Eligibility

To use Musksapcex, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Complete the registration process and provide accurate, truthful information
• Undergo KYC (Know Your Customer) verification as required
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where Bitcoin trading or investment is prohibited

4. Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Enabling and maintaining two-factor authentication (2FA)
• All activities that occur under your account
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach
• Providing accurate and up-to-date personal information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

5. Investment Tiers and ROI

Musksapcex offers the following investment tiers:

• Beginner: $500 – $1,500 (180% ROI)
• Intermediate: $1,501 – $5,000 (350% ROI)
• Advanced: $5,001 – $10,000 (620% ROI)
• Elite: $10,001 – $25,000 (1,200% ROI)
• Legend: $25,001+ (Unlimited ROI)

ROI percentages are based on historical performance and market conditions. Actual returns may vary. Investment amounts must fall within the specified range for each tier.

6. Bitcoin Payments

All investments must be made in Bitcoin (BTC) only:

• Payments must be sent to the unique Bitcoin address provided in your dashboard
• Only send Bitcoin from wallets you control
• Verify the address before sending any funds
• Account activation occurs after payment confirmation (typically within 1-3 blockchain confirmations)
• We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal terms:

• Withdrawals are processed in Bitcoin only
• Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24-48 hours
• Withdrawals are subject to security verification and KYC compliance
• We reserve the right to delay or refuse withdrawals in cases of suspected fraud or regulatory compliance

8. Fees

Musksapcex operates with the following fee structure:

• Investment Fees: No fees on deposits
• Withdrawal Fees: Zero fees on withdrawals
• Network Fees: Bitcoin network fees may apply for transactions (paid by the network, not Musksapcex)

All content, features, and functionality of Musksapcex, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, are owned by Musksapcex and protected by international copyright and trademark laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Musksapcex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you have invested in the platform
• We are not responsible for losses due to market volatility, regulatory changes, or force majeure events

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Musksapcex harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

14. Termination
